I-LEAD Summer Camp Assistant Position

This opening is for a part-time contract position working with our I-LEAD Summer Program.

​

The I-LEAD summer program is an eight-week summer program experience designed for American Indian youth with a focus on preparing American Indian students for the coming year of high school through fun, interactive, and culturally meaningful activities.

​

The position begins June 21st and goes through August 14th.

 

Monday through Thursday, approx. 9:00am - 4:0pm, 28 hours per week. 

​

Compensation is $20-25 per hour Depending on Qualifications.

​

Responsibilities for this position include assisting the MIGIZI Academic Support staff with all aspects of the programming, including supervising daily field trips, driving, and assisting with planning daily activities.

​

Preferred qualifications include previous youth development experience, academic support experience, and cultural competency in working with American Indian youth and adolescents, as well as youth from diverse communities.
