Youth Media Program Coordinator
This opening is for a part-time contract position working with our Summer Media Institute.

The Summer Media Institute is a nine week summer job experience for mainly American Indian youth that focuses on audiovisual production, social media marketing, digital art, journalism and civic engagement.
The position begins June 7th and goes through August 14th.
Monday through Thursday, approx. 9:00am - 4:00pm, 25 hours per week.
Compensation is $20-25 per hour Depending On Qualifications.
Responsibilities for this position include assisting the Lead Instructor
with all aspects of the programming, managing the equipment and supplies, assisting with
administrative tasks and facilitating the success of the participants’ projects.
Preferred qualifications include previous youth development experience, media production
experience (video, audio, art and graphics, photography, new media etc.) and cultural
competency in working with American Indian youth and young adults, as well as other
ethnicities and identities.
