Cardio Kickboxing

A high-impact hour of power packed with actual boxing techniques to strengthen and tone your upper and lower body with an emphasis on abs and legs. Increase stamina and cardiovascular strength while you bob, weave and jab.

Family Dance

Come dance with us in a fun and easy-going environment. We’ll be learning and dancing latin, contemporary, and old-style dances, featuring moves you could take to any dance floor. We'll teach you an approachable way to get started dancing, and then help you develop your own moves and STYLE!

Gentle Yoga
taught by Katherine Banbury

A beginner’s class with a somatic approach. This yoga class focuses on body/mind fundamentals: balance, strength, flexibility, breath and meditation.

Katherine Banbury is a vibrant Yoga teacher, visionary-leader and devoted student who has been exploring and sharing her passion for over two decades. She is committed to living her Yoga by leading and practicing in community. Each of her classes follow a particular theme from the 5,000 year history and philosophy of Yoga, integrated with somatic, experiential anatomy and the evolutionary blueprints of movement, which inspire and support the structure of pose to unfold organically rather than imposing it on the body/mind.

Tae Kwon Do

In this class students learn the basic skills of Song Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do. Classes emphasis total fitness, concentration, respect, discipline and confidence building. Students will acquire the basic skills necessary to achieve these qualities.

The North American Tae Kwon Do Federation in Minneapolis is run by Grand Master Hee Sang Ro. Master Ro received his knowledge of Song Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do from his father Byung Jick Ro who was one of the nine original Korean Masters who formed modern day Tae Kwon Do. Today Grand master Hee Sang Ro, 8th Dan Black Belt, continues to pass on the art and tradition of Tae Kwon Do to his students at the NATF’s Minneapolis school.
