Partners
We have developed many long-standing and successful partnerships with organizations with similar missions in education, media and capacity building.
In education we partner with the Minneapolis Public Schools, City of Minneapolis, AchieveMpls, Minnesota Minority Education Partnership, Minnesota Transitions Charter School, Nawayee Center School, and Education Equity Organizing Collaborative Partners including the Organizing Apprenticeship Project, Somali Action Alliance, and the Latino Organizing Arm of ISAIAH.
Partners in our media work include Native American Community Development Institute, Neighborhood Development Center, American Indian OIC, Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC), Twin Cities Youth Media Network, Native American Public Telecommunications, Native Media and Technology Network, KMSP Fox 9 and Fox Entertainment Diversity Group.
Additional partnerships in nonprofit and community capacity building include our involvement with Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Community Shares Minnesota, City of Minneapolis Health and Family Support Urban Advisory Committee, Youth Community Connections, City of Minneapolis SHIP Community Leadership Team and the Metropolitan Urban Indian Directors.
Board service includes Organizing Apprenticeship Project, Ready4K, Innovative Quality Schools, Native American Community Development Institute, Heart of the Earth Survival School, AchieveMpls, and Bolder Options.
